Senior Product Manager
Buty is a cross-platform mobile application designed for professionals in the beauty industry.
As part of my work at Alpika, we launched the Buty startup, which is integrated into the main business of the company. My role includes developing, launching, and promoting the company's new product.
Main responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing the startup's strategy, including forming its vision, mission, and objectives.
• Managing product development: conducting market research, interacting with clients, managing the development and testing process.
• Recruiting key employees and managing the team, including developing corporate culture and a motivation system.
• Developing and implementing a marketing strategy, conducting advertising campaigns, market analysis, and working with the target audience.
Financial planning: creating a financial model, budgeting, attracting investments, and managing expenses.
• Optimizing internal processes and operational activities of the startup to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Seeking and developing partnerships with companies and strategic partners.
Analyzing key indicators and adapting strategy based on feedback and current results.
Results:
• Conducted a custdev involving 86 beauty industry specialists, which allowed a deeper understanding of the main pains of users related to finding educational events and advertising difficulties.
• Investigated key issues such as search, information sources, booking problems, and criteria for choosing courses, which provided a clear understanding of user needs.
Formulated and tested the hypothesis that a centralized platform for searching and booking educational events would reduce the costs of contextual advertising and increase conversions due to convenient search and filtering of events.
• Validated the hypothesis through prototyping and analysis of user feedback.
• Launched the development of an MVP application on the FlutterFlow platform with integration of the Supabase database, which included key features: event search, category filters, booking, and user profiles.
• Conducted user testing of the prototype (gathered in Figma), which resulted in improvements to the interface and the addition of new features to enhance user convenience. Developed the interface design according to HIG and Material guidelines for iOS and Android smartphones.
• Developed a business model for monetizing the application, including subscriptions for educational centers and paid advertising features, which allowed for optimizing marketing expenses.
• Implemented an analytics and metrics system (Retention Rate, Activation, Churn, CAC, DAU/WAU/MAU, CPI, ARPU, ARPPU, AOV) to assess the success of the application and continuous improvement based on user data.

Senior Project Manager
№1 D2C operator in Russia, providing full e-commerce outsourcing services to international brands.
Responsibilities:
• Collection, analysis, and structuring of client requirements;
• Defining project goals, tasks, and expected outcomes;
• Preparing the project for implementation, determining "control" points and key parameters;
• Defining the scope of work;
• Drafting functional and technical requirements;
• Estimating the duration of work, compiling a critical path, assessing and describing risks;
• Assigning tasks to internal development, marketing, design, and content teams;
• Managing the backlog;
• Conducting retrospectives;
• Ongoing support and development of assigned projects.
Results:
• Tefal - official online store of the French manufacturer of kitchen and home goods. Project relaunch, increased sales by 80% relative to the previous year due to enhanced functionality, new features, and integrations. Developed and launched a closed B2B sales program.
• Nestle Purina - official online store of the international pet food manufacturer. Implementation of a B2B sales program within the retail online store. Increased customer retention and customer LTV through the introduction of a flexible loyalty program.
• Hansgrohe - official online store of the German manufacturer of sanitary ware. Due to the complexity of the products, a significant effort was made at the start of the project to develop product filters that are convenient for customers. Sales tools such as bundles and group products were developed and implemented. The project grew by 40% annually. Initiated collaborations with design studios and independent interior designers. For these reasons, I managed to negotiate with the German manufacturer to assign us the luxury sanitary ware project under the Axor brand.
• Mavi - official online store of the Turkish fashion brand Mavi Jeans. The project was implemented in record time considering the vendor's preferences (implementation period of 2 months). The project reached break-even within 4 months. Six months after launch, the monthly turnover was increased by more than 200% compared to the same period a year earlier, when the store was under the management of a competing company (KupiVip.ru).
