Coach's assistant
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions. - Lead drills focusing on technical skills, tactics, and physical conditioning. - Work with individual players to improve weaknesses (e.g., passing, shooting, positioning). - Help analyze opponents’ tactics and prepare game strategies. - Provide real-time feedback during matches (e.g., tracking player performance, substitutions). - Review match footage with players for post-game analysis. - Monitor player progress and report to the head coach. - Mentor young or reserve players to bridge gaps with the main squad. - Foster a positive, motivating environment during sessions - Manage training equipment and session logistics. - Maintain player performance records (fitness stats, attendance). - Coordinate with medical staff on injuries/rehabilitation.
