Hello, my name is Polina, and I am a highly motivated and responsible individual with strong communication skills and customer service experience. I truly enjoy working with people and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. For me, hospitality is not just about service, but about making people feel comfortable, valued, and remembered.
I have experience in customer-facing roles, where I developed the ability to understand guest needs, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure. I am confident in handling different situations professionally, while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. I am also very adaptable, which allows me to work effectively in fast-paced environments and as part of a team.
In addition, I am currently pursuing my studies in Business, Tourism and Events, which has strengthened my passion for the hospitality industry. Through my studies, I have gained a deeper understanding of guest experience, service standards, and event coordination. I am especially interested in how small details can create memorable experiences for guests.
