Nail Abdulganiev - Резюме C# / .NET Developer

C#/.NET Developer — AIS Gorod LLC | March 2025 – October 2026 | Housing and Utilities Software
Contributed to the development and maintenance of a payment platform processing approximately
10 million payments per month, serving 15,000 organizations and integrating with 10–12 banks.

• Legacy migration: Participated in migrating a monolithic payment platform from .NET Framework
4.8 to .NET 6, splitting legacy functionality into 10–15 services. Independently implemented four
services and helped complete the migration without downtime.

• Bank integrations: Developed integrations with Bank Rossiya, AlphaPay, Gazprombank, and other
payment systems, implementing payment processing, refunds, recurring payments, card linking,
QR payments, and callback handling. Built the Bank Rossiya integration from scratch in two
weeks, including session management and automated tests.

• API and service integration: Adapted approximately 40 API methods and integrated legacy
components with ServiceGate using REST and gRPC. Worked on inter-service communication and
business logic migration as part of the transition to the new architecture.

• Performance optimization: Refactored a legacy electricity payment service and optimized a stored
procedure, reducing execution time by 2.5x. Improved SQL queries and database performance in
PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.

• Monitoring and reliability: Developed four Telegram bots to monitor payment failures, processing
delays, missing transactions, and database issues, reducing error detection time from several
hours to three minutes. Built an ASP.NET MVC portal for real estate agencies, automated
operational workflows, and supported 20–30 production services with 99.6% availability.

Tech Stack: C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 6, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST, gRPC, RabbitMQ,
PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, xUnit, IIS, OAuth 2.0.

C#/.NET Developer — Warface TrueSight | August 2023 – March 2025 | Software Development

Developed backend services for a Warface game statistics platform as part of a team of three developers, focusing on data collection, storage, processing, and performance optimization.

Key achievements:

• Implemented local storage and synchronization with the Warface API after outages, ensuring access to previously retrieved statistics when the external service was unavailable.

• Optimized PostgreSQL tables, indexes, and SQL queries for approximately 4 billion records and 150,000 users, reducing the execution time of the most resource-intensive queries by approximately 75%.

• Contributed to developing a REST API using ASP.NET Core 8, refactoring endpoints and DTOs for player, clan, achievement, and weapon data.

• Developed background services for updating player and clan statistics, rankings, and achievements. Implemented retry mechanisms and asynchronous processing via RabbitMQ.

• Set up monitoring and Telegram alerts using Prometheus and Grafana to detect API failures and background processing issues.

• Prepared Docker configurations for PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ to support local development.

Tech Stack: C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, REST API, PostgreSQL, EF Core, Dapper, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker.
