We are responsible for the quality of the goods provided, so we are connected with all partners by long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.We invites you to take part in the competition for the vacant position MANAGER of the contract fulfillment department (Foreign Economic Activity).

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working with foreign trade contracts or distribution business;
  • Higher Education;
  • command of spoken English and the availability of a sufficient level for correspondence, knowledge of other languages are welcome;
  • also requires knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian necessarily for free communication with the management of the company
  • place of residence — Poland or the Czech Republic;
  • availability of a car and desire to work.

Duties:

Control, organization and, if necessary, support of foreign trade contracts, sales contracts:

  • search for new clients, negotiations and meetings with clients;
  • preparation of draft contracts;
  • approval of the text (amendments) of contracts with partners, agreement with lawyers;
  • signing, following up on the implementation of foreign trade contracts with clients;
  • payment control;
  • timely submission of documentation to the accounting and financial departments (contracts, registers of goods unloading, invoices, certificates, etc.);
  • analysis of receivables;
  • conducting instruction and training about the company’s products.
