IT Analyst / Middle — Senior / hybrid or on-site

Location: Bratislava

Salary: Compensation depends on the candidate’s experience and abilities.

We are looking for an IT analyst to join our team, working on projects primarily in direct communication with customers and collaborating with the development team. The analyst’s role involves specifying the behavior of the created information system. They act as a communication bridge between the customer and developers, analyzing system requirements and creating specifications from them. The analyst ensures that the system is designed in a consistent and standardized manner, and that the solution does not contain logical errors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing functionalities of the Information System (IS)

• Creating analytical outputs and preparing materials for developers (gathering requirements, creating process models, defining Use Cases, describing functionalities, creating domain models)

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing project documentation and user manuals

• Creating testing scenarios

• Analyzing the error behavior of functionalities and proposing solutions

• Collaboration and regular consultations with business analysts and the development team

• Communication with customers

• Presenting the ongoing and final status of solutions

Expected Skills:

• Analytical and logical thinking

• Experience in creating analytical outputs (UML, BPMN)

• Presentation skills

• Creation of testing scenarios

• Ability to define and understand customer requirements

• Teamwork

• Responsibility for assigned tasks

• Proactive approach to work

• Experience with modeling tools (EA) is an advantage
