A Polish company - a startup in the FinTech industry, is seeking a dynamic CEO to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing the company's growth strategy. 

* Establishing and implementing business processes. 

* Building and leading a team, including developing motivational programs, 
setting goals, monitoring task execution, facilitating growth and learning, 
recruiting personnel, and mentoring. 

* Opening new exchange points. 

* Analyzing financial indicators of each network point. 

* Executing P&L budgets, Cash Flow management. 

* Implementing development plans. 

* Conducting business negotiations and contract agreements. 

* Overseeing the company's financial activities. 

* Implementing marketing activities to promote the company's services in the 
market. 

* Analyzing the market and seeking new opportunities for business expansion. 


You are the perfect candidate if you:
* Maintaining comprehensive reporting on work performance. 
You are the perfect candidate if you: 

* Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. 

* Have experience managing a network of exchange points with at least 20 
locations. 

* Are fluent in English. 

* Hold a driver's license. 

* Can take responsibility and make decisions.
