Hello! My name is Anna, I am a Recruiter in the Motion team. We are an international group of companies that provides comprehensive business promotion services. Our team is growing, existing departments are scaling up, and new positions are appearing.

The pace of work in the recruitment team is always dynamic, and we are inviting a recruiter to collaborate with us in talent sourcing.

The main task will be to help great candidates get to us for an interview, and for this, you will need to:

• conduct research/sourcing on various platforms
• skillfully select search channels based on the specifics of the vacancy
• screen relevant candidate profiles
• communicate with candidates and assist them in case of questions
• schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers

What you need for successful work:

• Experience in sourcing/recruiting candidates for positions. Our vacancies can be diverse: analysts, sales managers, accountants, project managers, and other non-technical positions.
• Knowledge of effective search channels, as well as the ability to find new ones.
• Ability to write engaging job descriptions.
• Analytical skills and the ability to understand if something goes wrong in the search and how to fix it.
• Clarity, systematic approach, and the ability to navigate information flow effortlessly: understanding at which stage each candidate is, whom and what needs to be responded to.
