We are an international development company ANTA Group, specializing in the creation of investment projects in the best tourist locations.

The company is currently implementing a large and ambitious project - a 5* hotel complex managed by an international hotel operator in the most popular tourist area on the island of Bali - Canggu.

Requirements:

Greater observation of modern content and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Experience in real estate, travel, horeca, private investment, entrepreneurship is welcome. Understanding Bali and knowing the locations. Experience using software for mobile shooting, vision of the frame, understanding of editing shooting. Experience working with generative AI in pre-production and post-production. Availability of an iPhone-class camera phone for on-site filming and experience in sound recording.

Portfolio of successful Reels/Shorts, show specific commercial cases: the client, what you did, what PR/performance results you got (welcome SMM metrics: views, ER, CTR/clicks).

Digital Native. Not a video operator with beautiful mood videos/footage, but an SMM-oriented person for scripted videos, a host/blogger in the frame, shooting for dynamic editing and effective transactions.

Flexible schedule, you need to work 3-5 videos per day.
