At KAPPS, our development team takes ideas from concepts to pixelated in-game realities. We specialize in Games, VR, 3D Art, SDKs, and Unity asset development. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Unity developers who are keen to take their careers to the next level within our dynamic team.

Project Overview
The selected candidate will engage in developing a hybrid-casual RPG game, working alongside a structured team including a Tech Lead, Project Manager, 3D Artist, and Game Designer.
How do we imagine you?
- You are proficient in C# and Unity, and can further demonstrate it through a strong portfolio;
- You have an expert understanding of Unity’s API and its application across various projects;
- You’ve already worked on prototyping for hybrid-casual games;.
- You know how to incorporate various animation techniques and possess rigging experience;
- You’re a decision-maker, ready to elaborate on your ideas and solutions with the team.
We would be glad, if you:
- Have experience with procedural animations.
Setting Project Expectations for You:
- Collaboration with designers to develop and refine game concepts;
- Enhancement of the player experience through integration of the new features and game mechanics;
- Transformation of the design concepts into fully functional game elements;
- Identification and resolution of any discrepancies or performance issues;
- Leading game testing initiatives to ensure a seamless user experience;
- Continuous work on updating and expanding the game to maintain engagement.
