Vacancy: HR Employee Adaptation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conducting adaptation activities for new employees
- Development of corporate culture within the company
- Increasing the employee engagement index
- Motivation of employees to fulfill the sales plan
- Preventing staff burnout
- Working with staff retention
- Organizing team building events
- One-to-one meetings

Requirements:
- Experience of 1 year or more in the position of HR manager working with sales team.
Candidate with FX experience is preferred
- Experience in employee onboarding and integration
- Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices in this area
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for new employees.
- Ability to work in a team, maintain collaboration and effective communication with different levels of staff.
- Skills in implementing corporate culture
- Knowledge of HR information systems
