Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile individual to join our team as an SMM, Content Creator, and Reelsmaker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality Reels. You will be expected to stay ahead of the latest trends and utilize the most advanced tools to produce outstanding content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Create compelling and informative content for various platforms including Facebook,

  Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the GLOBREX website.

• Produce high-quality Reels that align with current trends and resonate with our audience.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Canva to enhance content creation.

• Manage tasks efficiently using tools like Trello, Motion, etc.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and content creation best practices.

• Work independently to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.

• Use interactive content like polls, Q&A sessions, and stories to engage with the audience.

• Employ data-driven strategies using analytics tools to measure content performance and

  inform strategies.

• Ensure cross-platform consistency for a cohesive brand presence.

  Requirements:

• Bilingual with fluency in English language

• 4+ Years of proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, and Reelsmaker

  with a portfolio to demonstrate previous work.

• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Canva.

• Experience with task management tools like Trello and Motion.

• Strong understanding of the latest social media trends, especially on platforms like

  Instagram and TikTok.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong creative and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure content performance.

• Data analysis capabilities

  Preferred Experience:

• Real Estate Industry: Experience in creating content related to real estate, providing valuable insights to potential buyers and investors is a big plus

• Content Optimization: Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques to increase visibility and engagement is a plus

Benefits:

• 10 000 AED Salary (5000 AED basic + 5000 AED monthly based on KPI performance)
