At the moment the company is in search of experienced call centre operators to join our team of professionals and strengthen the Post Sales geo Italy area.

Responsibilities:

• Warm sales;
• Competent consultation, making the sale (MUST) and suggesting additional products;
• Collecting data for delivery and placing orders.

Requirements:

• Italian language skills at B2 level and above;
• experience in sales (sales centre operator, sales manager) is a MUST;
• willingness to achieve high results;
• communication skills, tactfulness, positive attitude towards communication with clients;
• availability of a laptop/PC, headset, stable internet and a quiet workplace.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule 2/2 +3 UTC;
• Salary consists of 2 parts: initial rate of 4€ per hour (with further increase of rate in case of good performance) + bonuses for the results of work done;
• Opportunity for career development: assistant supervisor, supervisor, head of CC;
• Remote format of work.
