- Truly Fluent English (written and spoken);

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Time and priorities management skills, ability to multitask;
- Flexibility: ability to work morning, day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to English speaking users;
- Monitoring orders and chat correspondence in the admin system;
- Resolving cases that require support team member’s help;
- Processing incoming inquiries;
- Performing additional customer support tasks initiated by management.
