We are looking for an active, goal-oriented Sales Manager to grow our client base, attract new merchants in the high-risk segment, build long-term relationships, and take sales to the next level together with the team.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Actively attract and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on driving merchant traffic.
• Manage negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Support clients through the full cycle - from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams for smooth client launches.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and quick onboarding cycles.

✅ What we are looking for:

• B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk segment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Self-organization, proactivity, and result-orientation.
• Fluent English.
• Existing network of “warm” industry contacts will be an advantage.
