MIG/MAG Welder

Men aged 18 to 60, with a welding certificate. A certificate from your home country is accepted; after one month, we help you obtain a European certificate. Polish language skills are not required.

Rate: 38 PLN/hour, over 220 hours — 40 PLN/hour + 1 PLN/hour for your own accommodation.

Schedule: 6 days a week, Monday–Friday, 3 shifts of 8 hours: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00. It is possible to switch to 2 shifts of 12 hours and work more hours if desired.

The company manufactures semi-trailers, trailers, and truck body superstructures. The work involves MIG/MAG welding of various metal structures, including assembly. Ability to read technical drawings is required. Work with mild steel up to 10 mm thick.

On the first day, there is BHP (health and safety) training and a welding test. On the first day, it is mandatory to come in work clothes. The test consists of welding 3 metal sheets: 2 parallel sheets and the third perpendicular to them (T-joint). Welds are assessed visually only.

Work clothes are provided. Accommodation is provided. A company bus takes employees to the workplace.

Accommodation: hostel — 700 PLN.
