We’re looking for an experienced Design Lead to define the design vision, lead and develop the design team, and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across product and marketing touchpoints within a fast-growing AI technology company.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

• Define the design vision for the next 6–12 months in alignment with product strategy and business priorities

• Establish and maintain design quality standards across product, digital, and graphic design

• Conduct regular design reviews and ensure a high level of craft across the design team

• Lead, mentor, and develop designers through goal setting, feedback, career planning, and performance reviews

• Participate in hiring and support the growth of the design team

• Lead strategic product initiatives while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor

• Validate product hypotheses through prototyping, usability testing, user research, and product analytics

• Develop and maintain the design system in close alignment with front-end implementation

• Ensure visual and product consistency across the entire ecosystem

• Evolve brand guidelines as the product and company grow

• Oversee product visual communication, including landing pages, presentations, key visuals, and marketing assets

• Ensure a seamless experience across product and marketing touchpoints

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and company leadership

• Present and defend design decisions using product metrics, user insights, and business objectives

• Introduce and continuously improve design critiques, retrospectives, and documentation processes

✔️ Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design for digital products or SaaS

• Proven experience leading design projects within cross-functional teams

• Strong Figma skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems

• Solid understanding of product metrics and data-informed design

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Strong visual taste and excellent attention to detail

• Ability to combine strategic design leadership with hands-on execution

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience designing complex interfaces is a plus

• Graphic design experience is a plus
