Our recruitment agency is looking for an experienced IT sourcer. We invite a new colleague to our team who will help us to hire faster and better, select incredibly talented employees, grow and develop with us.

We are looking for an IT-sourcer whose tasks will include helping to quickly close vacancies!

Responsibilities:

• Active search for IT specialists in Linkedin and other resources.
• Look for cold candidates in the following areas: Backend and Mobile Developers, Blockchain Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps.
• Work closely with the recruiter on vacancies.
• Preliminary assessment and selection of candidates.
• Interact with candidates via email, social networks and instant messengers.
• Search for new channels to attract candidates for vacancies. Reporting on their activities.

• Transparent system of motivation, discussed individually based on the results of the interview.
• Remote work from anywhere in the world where there is a stable Internet.
• Flexible working hours 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 / from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Full employment.
