A leading grocery chain established in 2005 in the Irish market is looking for a Grocery Store Manager.
Preference for citizens of Ukraine.
Place of work Dublin (Ireland).
Requirements:
• Experience in managing a grocery store from 3 years;
• Computer knowledge at the user level;
• English - intermediate, communicative.
Responsibilities:
• Management of a retail grocery store with 5 to 10 employees;
• Control of orders, acceptance and sale of goods;
• Organization and control of compliance with product expiration dates;
• Control of order in the store and the work team;
• Compliance with HACCP norms by all personnel;
• Organization of personnel work, training, control and motivation of personnel;
• Drawing up work schedules, preparation of reports;
• Participation in management meetings and implementation of decisions made.
Conditions:
• Working week 45-50 hours/5 days;
• Place of work: Dublin (Ireland);
• Salary 14-16 euros per hour + KPI. The total income is 3000 euros per month;
• Trial period 3 months.
