Hey, it's Start Fellows. We are building an IT community to create products that unite people and to support founders in realizing their ideas in the areas of social and blockchain services. Our team of professionals possesses an extensive background in launching popular high-load projects for the largest Russian IT companies and some of the biggest startups. We have all the necessary resources to launch large-scale experiments and test non-conventional ideas.

Our portfolio includes several mobile gaming projects, an app for sharing voice stories, a service for English speaking practice, an NFT marketplace, and many more innovative products.

We are looking for a candidate who has found a balance between a sense of beauty in design & illustrations and the findings from analytics as well as wide-ranging business needs.

We expect you to:

• be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
• have basic knowledge in After Effects (optional);
• know the basics of graphic design, composition, color theory;
• be savvy in typography, fonts and font compositions, creating neat layouts;
• have attention to detail;
• be able to conduct research and find references independently;
• know how to find common ground and handle constructive feedback.

What you will do:

• Develop sophisticated visual identity and marketing materials;
• Create illustrations;
• Work on technical design, including iconography and elements of web interfaces;
• Develop design strategies and create an identity for digital products and marketing mechanics;
• Present and advocate for the produced concepts, provide arguments for your choice, participate in discussions with the team, evaluate the effectiveness and analyze the created concepts;
• Create and develop new systems and principles of visual communications for digital products;
• Collaborate with product designers and improve visual communication in mobile and web applications;
• Communicate with product managers and marketing specialists, editors and copywriters, developers and external studios;
• Consider not only the visual aspect and current trends but also the meanings and influence of your designs.
