We are a manufacturer of quality lingerie and gadgets for adults of the brand
Le Frivole. We have been working since 2011 and our products are sold throughout the Russian Federation. Since 2018, we have been developing sales in the European Union and are represented there in many countries. Warehouses are located in Tallinn and Moscow.

We have completely switched to a remote work format in 2020 and we need a strong manager in the EU sales team who will ensure sales and development of the existing client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop and increase sales of existing customers, and for this, actively contact them by phone/e-mail/social. networks.
Execute the sales plan.
Increase client base.
Organize the shipment of orders (the technical part is done by the operator under your supervision).
Work with the client base in CRM Bitrix24 in accordance with the rules of the company.
Prepare quotations for clients.
Train clients.
Participate in international exhibitions (Germany, China, USA).
Requirements:
Experience with a similar group of products in the European market
Proficiency in English at a level of at least "Good" for effective communication, mainly with "porters" of the language.
1 year experience in sales.
Willingness to work with both "warm" and cold client base.
Desire for long-term cooperation.
Passing training on the company's portal (no more than 1 day).
Terms:
Hours of operation are 5/2 with regular days off.
Completely remote work (not freelancing), with the control of the accounting program during the working day.
Adequate team working for a common result.
Customer base - a "warm" customer base and a cold one, already selected, are provided.
First month salary - $900, then
8% of gross profit before taxes (more than $1000. with minimum sales reaching $2000-2500 with good customer development).
