Come drive the social strategy in the сrypto space by joining our team as Social Media Manager. We’re looking for a social media rockstar to come on board and take our social media engagement and community to the next level.
In this role you’ll own and drive engagement across several audiences. The ideal candidate is versed in emerging technologies and snappy writing, has experience with organic social content creation in a fast-paced environment, and a close attention to detail.
Your tasks
- Manage our social media strategies, campaigns and plans to build brand awareness
- Create and manage a content calendar on a monthly basis for multiple social media platforms
- Track and analyze relevant social media KPIs and measure the success of social media campaigns against business goals
- Create and public of unique and selling content for the social networks
- Develop relationships with external partners and community teams, working with opinion leaders on social networks, from selection and planning to implementation and measurement
- Coordination of moderation in chats and communities
- Work cross-functionally with content and product teams: collaborate to drive campaigns, coordinate around product launches and updates to increase engagement
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in SMM and content management, preferably in fintech companies
- Fluent in Portuguese, Brazilian Sign Language, proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with publishing and analytics tools, understanding of the nuances of social media: algorithms, audience behavior, effective content formats
- Experience in creating and development accounts in different social media (YouTube, Telegram, Facebook)
- Required to share a portfolio of work
- Understanding of market trends with cryptocurrency or trading experience is a huge plus
- Trading experience would be an advantage
