We’re looking for an experienced multitasker who’ll be able to resolve various migration issues while simultaneously keeping the office up and running. If you’re able to handle multiple jobs at once, like to help people, and know how to maintain a friendly office environment, we’d love to meet you!

Tasks:

• Working with the event team;
• Organize events in the office;
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the office;
• Assist in Corporate document’s execution and filling, assistance to employees;
• Informational support for employees who are planning to move to Montenegro;
• Handle all office-related orders (technics, stationery, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies);
• Handle all office-related correspondence;
• Maintaining cleanliness and comfort in the office. Selecting furniture, overseeing the condition of the office, and arranging repairs when necessary.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience (office manager/office administrator) from 1 year;
• Good Russian and English language skills;
• Knowledge of the Serbian language is a big plus;
• Knowledge of immigration administrative procedures or long-time residence in Montenegro would be considered as a bonus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude;
• Ready for both challenging and exciting tasks as well as routine tasks;
• Ability to work under pressure.
