As our Business Analyst, you'll be a key player in driving successful business change through analysis and recommendation. You'll have a natural analytical mind and be able to explain difficult concepts confidently, collaboratively, to deadlines, and with great communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong collaboration, excellent communication, and a keen eye on great outcomes, here’s what you’ll typically be doing:

• Have a good understanding of blockchain settlements including on/off-chain transactions
• Work to build and identify processes which increase efficiency and reduce transactional costs
• Review and monitor SLAs with 3rd parties to ensure compliance of services provided
• Work with 3rd parties to improve the services they provide
• Analyse transaction data and monitor external gas prices to ensure operational processes are not loss making for the organisations
• Devise new operational frameworks and engage with our tech team to develop smart contracts or protocols which provide our operations team with a cutting edge for our clients

Key requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in relevant subject
• Previous data analysis experience is desirable
• You’ll have a strong knowledge of banking, digital currency, and blockchain
• Have a keen eye for data and spotting trends/patterns
• Proficiency in Excel and some SQL/VBA/coding experience is desirable but not essential
• Fluency in Russian will be an advantage
