Project Manager at BigHat Biosciences - a biotechnology company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative therapeutics with total funding amount of $99.3M (Remote).

BigHat Biosciences - is designing safer, more effective antibody therapies for patients using machine learning and synthetic biology.

Their AI-enabled experimental platform integrates a high-speed characterization or “wet” lab with machine learning technologies to speed the antibody engineering process. When applied, these design capabilities have the potential to drive the development of new generations of safer and more effective treatments for patients suffering from today’s most challenging diseases.

BigHat is backed by Section 32, ‍Andreessen Horowitz, 8VC, Amgen Ventures, and many others. Total funding amount is $99.3M.

Currently, the company is seeking a a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team to manage the end-to-end product life cycle from concept to launch!

What will you do:

• Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and market data to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Develop and manage project roadmap, including features and releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launch.

Requirements:

• Excellent written & spoken English skills - you'll be a part of the English-speaking team, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of Product Management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills - you are able to maintain great and warm relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong self-reliance skills - you are willing to take the initiative and manage the product life cycle from the beginning to end.
• Proactiveness and strong willingness to help the business grow - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.
• Organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.

Not necessary but would be a plus:

• Familiarity with any product management software.
• Strong understanding of the life sciences or biotech industry - great plus!

Working hours:

Your schedule can be flexible, but you should be ready to have 4 overlapping hours with the team between 9 am and 5 pm New York time, EST. (you may check the time difference via the link).
