MD Consult agency is currently looking for a CMO for one of our clients. Our client is a holding company with large development projects on the island of Phuket.

Tasks:
- Analysis of the market, competitive environment, and determination of company development directions;
- Defining the target audience and new markets.
- Expanding the possibility of increasing the occupied share over the market;
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing promotion strategy;
- Implementation of the positioning strategy for the project;
- Building a marketing department and ensuring the work of the department;
- Development of concepts for the creation and development of the brand project;
- Implementation of the approved project brand concepts;
- Development of plans for holding advertising events in various marketing channels;
- Management of advertising and communication programs;
- Analysis;
- Budgeting:
- Work with other departments;
- Mentoring.
Required Skills:
- At least 6 years of CMO experience;
- At least 6 years of experience managing a marketing team;
- Ability to relocate;
- Experience in the field of real estate will be a plus;
- Experience in international projects, with audiences from different countries;
- Availability of a portfolio of implemented projects;
- Practical experience with CRM and SEO tools;
- Higher education in the field of marketing (MBA will be a plus);
- Advanced English (C1 & + level).
