Hard skills: Our perfect candidate has strong managerial experience in maintaining office households and expertise in leading long-term projects.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for office maintenance and exploitation.
- Interaction with outsourced contractors.
- Implementing employees’ requests to ensure a comfortable environment in the office.
- Responsibility for office relocation and new location preparation, office space design.

- You have high level of communication skills and of course you are a team player
Languages: as we are originally a Ukrainian company, it is important that our candidate speaks Ukrainian language. English literacy is also required.
Location: this is a full-time office based position in Larnaca, Cyprus.
