Tasks of the position:

- draw up employee search maps;

- search using candidate search tools;

- carry out primary screening of candidates (immediately reject irrelevant ones as much as possible);

- communicate with candidates (communication with cold and warm candidates, write letters according to the recruiter's templates).

Requirements for the position:

- skills in building a sourcing strategy;

- candidate research skills in social networks;

- skills in working with sourcing automation tools

- English will be a plus.
