To realize our ambitious company growth plans, our recruiting team is in need of reinforcement. We are looking for a talented, results-oriented specialist whose main task will be to find and attract the best professionals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Results-oriented, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of personnel selection processes and various interview techniques.
• Knowledge of the most popular modern sourcing channels.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections.
• English level - B2 or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in closing vacancies.
• Communication with business clients, close cooperation on an ongoing basis.
• Working with job sites, social networks, specialized forums, Telegram channels.
• Initial resume screening, conducting online/offline interviews.
• Building strong working relationships with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates.
• Maintaining an internal candidate database, systematically updating it.
• Keeping records of the personnel selection process.

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of hunting techniques.
• Availability of a candidate base.
• Experience in international market recruitment (Cyprus, EU, and others).
