We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our revolutionary software development company. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our team of software developers, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration in a remote working environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
Please note that this is a unique opportunity where we operate on a co-working method, with no salary but instead a partnership-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve HR policies and procedures, tailored to the needs of a remote working environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new software developers, ensuring a seamless integration into our dynamic team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting team spirit and motivation among developers.
- Provide guidance and support to software developers, addressing any HR-related concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize and facilitate developer meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management for remote teams.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
A master's degree in HR or related field, along with a substantial number of years of HR leadership experience.
2. Strategic Leadership:
Ability to lead the HR function strategically, partnering with executive leadership to shape the organization's people strategy.
3. Organizational Development:
Proficiency in designing and implementing organizational development and change management initiatives.
4. Talent Management:
Expertise in talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
5. HR Analytics:
Proficiency in using HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
6. Employment Law:
In-depth understanding of complex labor laws, compliance, and regulatory issues.
7. Employee Engagement:
Experience designing and executing employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
8. Global HR Management:
If applicable, familiarity with international HR practices, cross-border regulations, and cultural considerations.
9. Executive Communication:
Strong communication skills to effectively present HR strategies and initiatives to senior executives and stakeholders.
10. Mentorship and Coaching:
Ability to mentor and develop junior HR team members and contribute to their professional growth.
11. Ethics and Integrity:
Upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring HR practices align with company values.
12. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:
Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills for handling complex situations and disputes.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
- Working hours are flexible, with an average expectation of approximately 14 hours per week based on task completion.
- Developer meetings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 12pm New York time zone for front-end and back-end developers, respectively.
- Daily reports with 2-3 sentences about the day's activities and a short video demonstration must be submitted by 3pm New York time zone.
- We plan to complete the program in July and proceed with alpha and beta testing before entering the Ukrainian market. Expansion into other markets will be pursued after gaining sufficient capital.
