The company «UKROLIA» is a market driver of high-oleic and organic oils in Ukraine. We are looking for a Brand Manager, International Markets (Poland).

Requirements:

• Brand planning and execution of marketing campaigns both online and offline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Understanding work with foodservice channel as well as retail channels

Work Functions:

• Plan and implement the marketing strategy in Core EU markets (POL, CZ, GER) for the portfolio of Ukroliya packaged products
• Analyse performance of branded products portfolio
• Develop & execute marketing activities for Core EU markets
• Take part in events and exhibitions to drive attraction and product trial of target customers
• Conduct product trainings and events for distributors' sales personnel to ensure knowledge brand&product features and benefits
• Monitor competitors' activities to ensure the adjustment in products, pricing &communication
