We're seeking a passionate and driven individual who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. As our B2B Sales Manager in Croatia forging partnerships, and growing our presence in the market.

You will need to:

Identify and approach potential B2B clients in Croatia presenting our products partners and clients

Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs

Close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience

Collaborate with our team to develop strategies for lead generation

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

Experience in B2B sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Results-oriented mindset
