Horse Care is our new project related to innovative early horse care systems.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Attracting new clients and developing our own client base.

- Making active sales, negotiating deals and achieving targets.

- Establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients.

- Analyze the market and competitors, identify new opportunities for business expansion.

- Prepare and submit sales and activity reports.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English (B2. C1 preferred). Knowledge of other languages is a significant advantage.

- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

- Knowledge of sales principles, negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively promote products.

- Creativity, initiative and independence in work.

- High motivation to achieve results.
