Procurement Manager/Purchasing Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing the supply chain, including communication with suppliers, seeking out new partnerships, and negotiating with third-party vendors in accordance with Freshburg Corp's pricing requirements.
2. Procuring merchandise specific to designated product brackets.
3. Establishing product range policies within assigned product brackets, including conducting analyses of product matrix structures and introducing or discontinuing items for retail.
4. Evaluating offers from third-party vendors and suppliers.
5. Planning and analyzing the development of various product categories.
6. Conducting market analyses of competitors within product groups and striving to meet sales targets.
7. Ensuring the attainment of both sales and financial targets.
8. Maintaining category-specific reporting.
9. Overseeing logistics processes to ensure efficient delivery to stores.
10. Supervising sales transactions between Freshburg Corp and its suppliers.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Previous experience as a Procurement Manager Assistant is considered advantageous.
3. Strong multitasking abilities, acute attention to detail, effective time management skills, and exceptional organizational capabilities are imperative. Proficiency in handling extensive numerical datasets is essential.
4. Languages: English, French, and Russian. Written and oral communication skills in Russian are mandatory.
5. Capable of analytical thinking, decision-making, and accountability for outcomes.
6. Residency in Canada for a minimum of three years. Must possess valid work permits and authorization to work in Canada.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive on-site company training.
