The department provides Call support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems. Full-time and long-term cooperation.
Shifts to choose:
1) 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM CET Mon- Fri
2) 4:00 PM - 0:30 AM CET Mon- Fri
Main Responsibilities:
- provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
- create and process support tickets
- Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using
- available resources over the phone and email;
- Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues.
- Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
Mandatory Requirements:
basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
good written and spoken English.
