📍 Location:
• Karczew (25 km from Warsaw)

• Accommodation provided (17.70 PLN per day, approximately 530 PLN per month, rooms for 3-5 people, good living conditions, rooms for couples available at 22 PLN per day per person) 🏠

• Paid breaks: 30 min lunch break (paid) + 15 min break (unpaid) ⏰
• Medical examination and sanitary book: 154 PLN (deducted from payroll) 🩺

⏰ Shifts:
• Two shifts of 8-12 hours, depending on orders
• Work 5-6 days a week
• Average 200-260 hours per month
🔧 Duties:
• Slaughtering, dividing, or packaging of poultry products 🍗
• Checking finished products against specifications ✅
• Operating machinery and equipment on the production line ⚙️
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the workplace 🧼
💰 Salary:
• Average Salary: 4500-5600 PLN net per month 💵
• Base: Approximately 21.60 PLN net per hour (27.70 PLN gross per hour)
• Additional Bonuses:
o +0.74 PLN per hour bonus for seniority (after 9 months of work) 🏅
o Departmental bonus (Group II +0.68 PLN per hour, Group III +1.36 PLN per hour) 💼
o Discretionary bonus of +350 PLN gross per month 🎁
o +3 PLN net per hour bonus for workers involved in poultry hanging 🔨
