Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Consulting:The main task is to sell the company's services.

2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.

-Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process.

-Address and resolve any client concerns or objections promptly and professionally.

3. Market Research: Study market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and develop new products or improve existing ones.

4. Achieving Sales Targets: Fulfill established sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

-Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and any appointments.

-Participation in events (external and internal)

-Actively interact with existing customers by offering additional services that can increase their satisfaction and increase overall sales.

-Ensuring long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, timely provision of information and rapid response to their needs and requests

5. Handling Objections: Address client issues and manage objections to increase the likelihood of transactions.

6. Administrative Duties:Maintain reports on sales, orders, and client activities in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure customer needs are met and effective service is provided.

Portrait of an ideal candidate:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Sales or related field;
  • 5+ years experience in b2b Sales
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, experience with cold sales (participation in events, working with inbound and outbound leads).
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills
  • In-depth Product Knowledge
  • Customer-Centric Attitude
