Role Description

This is freelance and part-time work at any convenient time in a remote format from anywhere in the world a Real Estate Agent in the Gaudi Estates. As a Real Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include: active customer search, facilitating real estate transactions, providing guidance to clients, hosting open houses, and negotiating deals.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong negotiation abilities.
3. Knowledge of the real estate market trends in the Northern Cyprus (is a plus).
4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous experience in real estate sales (is a plus) but experience in sales B2C (must be).
