Colife is a modern housing rental service in Dubai, Istanbul and Hong Kong. Our team is rapidly growing, and by 2028, we plan to expand into 10 more cities worldwide.

We are looking for a dunamic and experienced Business Development Manager who will pay a key role in expanding our market presence. In this position, you will be responsible for increasing the number of properties under our management and attracting new property owners.

The main task is to identify new partners, build long-term relationships with property owners and companies, and actively contribute to the growth of our business

What will you do?

• Apartment Portfolio Growing: Increase the number of holiday home apartmants by indentifying and securing new opportunities, such as emerging areas or new developments in Dubai.
• Lead Generation: Proactively find new property owners, developers, and corporate clients through industry events, online platforms, and targeted outreach,
• Onboarding New Owners: Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, property assessments, ans listing setup, ensuring a smooth transition and quick integration.
• Cross-Functional Colloboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and propery management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and streamline processes.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experienced in addressing the most challenging objections. turning doubts into successful deals.
• Makes decisions based on key metrics and market analysis, ensuring strategies are backed by numbers.
• 5+ years in business development or closing complex deals and exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English ( Arabic, Hindi, or Chinese a plus) with a solid network in real estate market od Dubai.
• Has a deep undastanding of Dubai real estate and short-term rental landscapes.
