Tasks that will appear before you:

• Communication with department employees

Setting tasks for employees
Setting KPIs of the department and monitoring their implementation
- Conducting a presentation

- Involvement in sales stages

-Signing contracts

• Finding new markets to increase customers

• Meetings with new and existing partners, as well as events aimed at increasing brand loyalty and increasing sales.

• Interaction with related departments (marketing, IT, legal department, accounting).

• Work with CRM, data analysis, reporting.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has successful experience in real estate sales, or simply in sales

Has experience as a department head or manager

• Knows the real estate market

• Involvement in the development of a partner network (will be an advantage)

• Has high communication and negotiation skills

• Works with CRM systems

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Meet or Zoom

• English (B2-C1)
