Senior/Lead Java Developer

Position: Senior/Lead Java Developer

Location: Remote from Poland

Key Technical Requirements

• Higher education degree is mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of Java 8+ and Spring frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).
• Proficiency in working with SQL and Linux environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
• Proven track record in a Lead or Architect role, demonstrating the ability to oversee and guide complex technical projects.
• Deep understanding of architectural and technical aspects of software projects.
• Familiarity with servant leadership principles, including facilitation, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Details

The client is looking for a Java Technical Lead who will lead a team of developers and contribute to creating innovative solutions for complex problems.

Hiring Process and Requirements

• The candidate will need to complete client-specific documentation and undergo a background check prior to onboarding, with additional verification steps after onboarding.
• The technical verification process involves 2-4 steps, including technical interviews and live coding challenges.

Location Restrictions

• ONLY candidates currently residing in Poland will be considered.
• Candidates are required to work remotely from within Poland for the entire duration of the contract. Working from outside Poland is strictly prohibited.
