As we continue to grow, our construction company in Batumi is expanding and seeking a Sales Manager for a specialized department.

Position: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Required: Fluency in one of the following languages: Arabic, Turkish, or Hebrew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing and transaction support
• Maintaining and updating client databases in CRM, along with regular reporting
• Handling incoming leads (no need to search for clients)
• Conducting client meetings and delivering presentations

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales or a similar role is a plus
• A proactive attitude, fast learner, initiative-taker, and strong communicator
• Proficiency in one of the required languages: Arabic, Turkish, or Hebrew
