Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing team and manage operations across LatAm and the US regions. This role requires technical expertise in programmatic advertising platforms and a deep understanding of custom campaign setups, such as those used in DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) environments. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Portuguese and English and excel in configuring and managing advanced campaigns in platforms like DV360, GAM, and Uplify’s proprietary SSP/DSP.
This position focuses on setting up and optimizing complex, non-standard campaigns and ensuring flawless delivery across multiple programmatic platforms. The candidate will work closely with the Community Manager to provide performance insights and recommendations, ensuring the success of influencer-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Customization:
- Configure and manage multipliers, ad units, and other advanced campaign features on DV360, GAM, and Uplify platforms.
- Design and implement non-standard campaigns tailored to specific client needs, similar to DOOH setups.
- Ensure seamless integration of creative assets, audience targeting, and inventory settings.
- Technical Operations:
- Implement and monitor tagging, pixel tracking, and dynamic ad-serving requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup, delivery, and performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support unique technical setups for complex campaigns.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the Community Manager to provide performance insights and recommendations based on campaign data and results.
- Communicate campaign performance and technical insights to Partners in both English and Portuguese.
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform performance and address technical challenges.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to achieve client KPIs.
- Analyze data trends to recommend strategies for improving ROI, audience reach, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Languages: Native Portuguese and Professional English (written/spoken)
- Programmatic Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of DV360, including custom parameters, multipliers, and audience configurations.
- Strong expertise in GAM, ad units setup, and programmatic workflows.
- Familiarity with DOOH or similar non-standard campaign setups.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ad-serving technologies, tagging, dynamic creatives, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with advanced features like creative rotation, deal IDs, and custom audience segmentation.
- Understanding of VAST/VPAID standards and third-party ad verification tools.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in campaign configuration and delivery across platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with non-standard campaigns in programmatic advertising (e.g., DOOH or dynamic ad setups).
- Familiarity with gaming, influencer marketing, or ad tech industries.
- Previous experience in LatAm and US markets.
