Your tasks in Sales Development Representative position:
Written communication with prospects (email, Linkedin, and other channels).
Moving leads through the sales funnel.
Closing/transforming warm responses to introductory calls.
Processing meetings and CRM (Pipedrive).
Perform calls with leads in English.
Explain our design, sales, estimation and delivery processes to the client on the call.
What do we expect from you:
1+ years experience in SDR or outreach.
Writing a good selling text.
The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
Team player and fast learner.
Good performance when working remotely.
Understanding of IT technologies.
Good understanding of the sales funnel and outbound sales process.
Ability to perform calls till 11pm Kiev time.
English C1+.
