Job Opening: Sales Manager with English Language Skills

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager with excellent real estate sales skills and proficiency in English. You will be responsible for attracting new clients, conducting property viewings, assisting clients throughout the purchasing process, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with potential clients
Identifying client needs and recording requests in the CRM
Scheduling property viewings with potential buyers and agents on the island
Handling and monitoring real estate sales transactions
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
English proficiency at upper-intermediate to advanced level (B2–C1)
Confident PC user and proficiency in MS Office software
High level of motivation and ability to work independently
Strong team player with the ability to achieve set goals
