The Professional Integration HUB is a three-month paid internship program designed for Ukrainian professional women currently residing in Austria due to the full-scale invasion. The program offers hands-on experience in leading Austrian institutions and organizations across various sectors.

Initiated and funded by ERSTE Foundation and implemented by the European Centre for Freedom and Independence, the project aims to support the professional development and labour market integration of displaced Ukrainian women specialists.
