Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential IT candidates for clients
Carry out interviews and efficiently screen applicants
Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services

Requirements:
Prior experience in IT is preferred, but not mandatory
Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher, as well as Russian
Strong sense of responsibility, Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
