We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys switching between projects and domains;
- Works independently and takes ownership of testing tasks;
- Is proactive in finding edge cases and improving quality processes;
- Is curious about new technologies, especially in the AI space.
What you’ll do:
- Perform manual testing (functional, UI, regression, exploratory, smoke) across projects;
- Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and engineers to clarify requirements and test new features;
- Participate in QA process improvements and propose ideas for better test coverage or automation readiness;
- Support ongoing projects through structured and ad-hoc testing;
- Adapt quickly to changing scopes and priorities across projects.
- Working hours - 10-19 CDT
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA (web or backend);
- Strong understanding of QA theory, bug lifecycle, and test design techniques;
- Experience with test documentation and exploratory testing;
- Confidence with browser/dev tools (DevTools, Postman, etc.);
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams and contexts;
- Familiarity with AI-powered systems or testing APIs;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher for daily communication.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in e-learning or LMS platforms;
- Background in working across several parallel projects;
- Experience with CMS (Drupal, WordPress, etc.);
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
