🔍 Who are we looking for? 

• Fluent in English at the Upper-intermediate level or higher; 
• 1 year of experience in a similar position; 
• Able to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and stable operation of the sales funnel; 
• Successful experience in international B2B and B2C sales 
• Strong leader and strategist 
• Ready to relocate to Montenegro 

💡Tasks that await you: 

• Sales team management (B2B and B2C directions) 
• Development and implementation of an effective sales strategy 
• Recruitment, adaptation, motivation and training of managers 
• Control of KPIs and sales plans  
• Work with large deals and key customers 
• Interaction with marketing and company management
