🚀 Chief Financial Officer | Prague / Warsaw 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead the financial direction of a global digital business. You’ll be responsible for shaping financial policy, ensuring sustainability and profitability, and managing cross-border financial operations in a rapidly growing group of companies operating in digital advertising, mobile apps, and media buying.

✔️ About the Role:

This is a high-impact leadership role with broad responsibilities spanning financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, team leadership, tax and legal coordination, and operational risk management. You'll be a key advisor to the CEO, supporting business scalability and economic security while maintaining financial transparency and compliance across international structures.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with business goals

• Create and control monthly budgets for multiple business units

• Prepare and manage P&L, cash flow, and management reports

• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and multi-currency operations

• Ensure accurate accounting and management control across jurisdictions

• Optimize cost structures and control expenditures

• Manage fundraising processes, investor relations, and financial servicing

• Handle legal and tax planning (international tax optimization included)

• Lead and structure finance, accounting, and legal departments

• Maintain financial discipline and compliance with current legislation

• Analyze transactions and provide efficiency improvement proposals

• Identify and mitigate financial risks

• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operational, and executive teams

✔️ Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years in financial leadership roles (preferably in tech, digital, or international companies)

• 3+ years as CFO or in a similar strategic finance position

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• MBA, ACCA, CIMA — a strong plus

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling

• Expertise in tax planning, accounting, cash flow, audit, and cost optimization

• Experience with investment, M&A, and fundraising — highly desirable

• Familiarity with international financial structures and compliance standards

• Proficient in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel at an advanced level

• Upper-Intermediate+ English for international communication (written and spoken)
